On May 27, 2022, F3 was released. It was originally set to be released on August 27, 2021, but was postponed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.  It was later scheduled for a theatrical release on February 25, 2022, but was postponed to prevent a clash with Bheemla Nayak, which was also scheduled to premiere on that date. It was supposed to be released on April 28, 2022, but it was postponed again and changed to the current day to prevent a clash with Acharya.

The film's pre-release theatre business was ₹72 crores, and it will need a worldwide total of more than ₹130 crores to be profitable. The film's satellite & TV rights were sold to Zee Telugu, while SonyLIV got the digital distribution (OTT) rights.

Venkatesh, Varun Tej, and Anil Ravipudi praised the audience for making the film such a success in a video issued by the 'F3' team, and emphasised that the film will not be broadcast on streaming services before its eight-week theatrical run.

"Don't believe the rumours: 'F3' will only be available to watch on OTT services eight weeks after its theatrical premiere. Visit the local movie theatre to see the film", Venkatesh, Varun Tej, and Anil Ravipudi all expressed themselves. The film's producers have stated from the start that it will not be available on any OTT platform within a few weeks of its theatrical debut. By taking this info, we can expect movie to hit the OTT & TV stage around 15-20 August, 2022.
