Samantha, a Telugu film industry superstar, has just completed her first pan-Indian assignment, Yashoda. It is produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the Sridevi Movies banner and directed, written, and produced by Hari-Harish. Yashoda is currently playing in theatres in five languages: Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
Yashoda, starring Samantha, has been shown in more than 500 theatres in the Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). In the rest of the nation, it has taken up a respectable amount of screen space.
With over 600 screens in the rest of India and over 240 screens released in foreign markets, there are roughly 1350 theatres worldwide. An estimated 30-35 crores will be spent on its production.
Before it even touched the screens, Yashoda generated ₹50 crores in revenue. Satellite rights cost ₹13 crores and digital rights ₹24 crores, respectively. The movie's theatrical rights in Telugu have been sold for 11 crore and 2.5 crore respectively.
As a result, the movie's breakeven point in Telugu states would be ₹11.5 crores and about ₹8 crores elsewhere in India. And three crores abroad. As a result, Samantha's movie needs to make above ₹25 crores in profits to qualify as a hit.

Over the weekend, profits are predicted to go upward. Due to the steady weekday tendency, the movie should gross ₹15 crores on its opening weekend before increasing on the following weekend. The movie has a possibility to turn a profit in AP/TG on opening weekend.
